Love Your Peaches

“You say imperfect, we say unique.” -unknown

The well-known association of the peach with a body part is the perfect way to communicate our views on physical activity and body acceptance. Every person is different and we want you to be confident in your body.

Peaches also represent one (of many) fruit that we both enjoy, whether fresh or incorporated in a dish. Like peaches, there are different ways people can enjoy all food. We strive to learn about different cultures and our clients’ experiences with food to provide individualized care that is meaningful, practical and achievable.

Our passion is simple: helping people with food, at whatever stage or situation in life. Have you had a recent diagnosis that’s impacted by diet? Are you in need of a coach, with proper education and training? Do you feel stuck, and not know where to start?

We trust that the team at Love Your Peaches will continuously remind you to love food, love your body, and ultimately love yourself.

Contact us to see if we’re a good fit.
